Chief Executive Officer
Peter McCloy
Transquals CEO has a comprehensive knowledge and experience of both the logistics industry and the delivery of training services. He manages the operations of Transqual and ensures that Transqual maintains its position as the premier provider of training to the Australian Logistics industry.

Operations
Chris McCloy
Chris joined Transqual in 1999 & has held his current position National Operations Manager since 2006. Chris has extensive experience in industry and management with a strong customer service focus. Responsible for strategy, marketing growth initiatives and business developments.

Administration
The administration section is responsible for the overall Company Administration with central accounts receivable and payable as well as the financial recording and reporting responsibilities of the company. This section also ensures that the legislative regulations are implemented for each state office as per the state requirement as well as the Federal requirements.

The Administration section is also responsible to ensure that the Human Resource procedures and policies are implemented, audited and amended to meet the ever-changing legislative requirements for each state.

The Information Technology section maintains and develops the companies Internet and Intranet systems.

Quality
The quality section is responsible for implementing, maintaining and administration of the Company's Quality Management Systems to AS/NZSO 9001:2008 standard.

Transqual maintains a successful program of Quality to ensure that we continue to provide our clients with the best training products and services available.

Research and Development
The research and development section identifies the critical factors, which may lead to the emergence of new skill gaps in the employee base and designs appropriate training programs to alleviate the gap.

This section is also involved in the marketing and implementation of our training services by continually researching new innovations in the Training Industry and development and implementation of training and assessment resources.
