Services Offered
On the 1st of April 2010, Transqual opened a brand new training centre in the old industrial (Garbutt) area of Townsville moving from its old location in Aitkenvale with a fully equipped Training room that will hold up to 20 trainees and a Warehouse facility equipped with a forklift for training personnel in the operating of a forklift either on or off site depending on the client’s needs. Transqual Townsville has been successful in gaining a Co Provider agreement with Central Queensland Institute of Tafe (CQIT), in Rockhampton in delivering Cert III Warehousing courses in Townsville including Forklift Licence. The team from the Townsville office covers an area form Gladstone, Biloela, Emerald, Clermont, Mackay, Rockhampton, Townsville and Cairns to the north.

Government Funded Training
Transqual is able to offer government funded training through the provision of User Choice Funding Queensland from the Department Education Training & Arts (DETA), and Commonwealth Funding from the Department Education Employment & Workplace Relations (DEEWR), or both. Transqual will advise you if your employees are eligible for this funding.

Allan has been associated within the Transport and Distribution Industry for the past 30 years. Allan’s core business function is delivering Traineeships to new and existing clients in the Warehousing, and Road Transport industry, tailoring those training needs of the client and in addition courses such as, Basic Fatigue Management, Dangerous Goods, Explosives, Load Restraint, Chain of Responsibility, Pilot/Escort Over Dimensional Over Mass.
Allan’s area of operations covers, but is not limited to Torres Strait Island, Cape York Peninsula, Weipa, Mt Isa, Townsville, Cairns, Mackay, Emerald, Clermont, Rockhampton and Gladstone areas.
