COURSES INCLUDED IN TRAINEESHIP
Compliance and legislative requirements incorporating OH&S training is included as part of the Traineeship, and is conducted as part of the Transport and Logistics package. The standard of this training is based at Certificate level III, and can be modified to suit your requirements.

The following key topics are included in the Traineeship:

• Induction programs
• Fatigue Management
• Load Restraint/Chain of Responsibility
• DG Awareness and Bulk courses
• Manual Handling
• OH&S
• Blue Card
• Forklift License

As an employer you may be able to access a variety of incentives such as Payroll Tax Rebates, Reduction in Training Costs, Financial Incentives or even Increase Your Staff Retention and Reduce Workplace Incidents/Accidents and Errors.

THE TRAINING
Trainees will be provided with the relevant Transport and Logistics Certificate. This training will consist of Units selected by the client that best suit the needs of the organization. This training is nationally recognised, and accredited by the Vocational Education Training Accreditation Board (VETAB).

DURATION OF THIS TRAINEESHIP

• Varies from state to state but generally completed between 12 & 22 months if run under Federal government funding for Certificate III existing workers & User Choice; or<
• A negotiable time frame, if run under 'fee-for-service', without government funding

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
This certificate requires 21 units of competency, to be completed under applicable packaging rules.
