AIM
This course, approved by the AIP, covers the generic units common to all companies and facilities in the oil industry. Upon successful completion drivers will be recognised with a "Driver's Passport" recognisable across the industry and registered with the Australian Institute of Petroleum.

Further company, site and product specific training will need to be undertaken by drivers carrying product on behalf of companies. This does not replace any existing licenses or permits required by law i.e. Bulk Dangerous Goods Licenses or vehicle licensing.

DESIGNED FOR
This course is required by Heavy Vehicle Drivers license holders who wish to obtain a passport for transporting Petroleum Products.

PRE-REQUISITES

• Must be medically fit, 21 years of age or older, must be of good character.
• Bulk Dangerous Goods License
• Access to Tanker

Full Course - 1 Day
Renewal – 1 Hour

QUALIFICATION GAINED
Participants will receive a Passport from the Australian Institute of Petroleum for entry into fuel terminals.
