Enquiry Form | Terms and Conditions AIM To provide nationally recognised training and assessment designed to meet the latest competency standards, legislative changes and industry practises aligned to the Workcover Course in Operating Loadshifting Equipment. DESIGNED FOR This course is designed for participants who wish to obtain a licence for operating a Forklift in NSW, and/ or to upgrade and improve the knowledge and skills of existing forklift licensed operators and comply with Workplace Health and Safety requirements. COURSE CONTENT Training & Assessment cover the following theory and practical components: - How to conduct routine checks,
- Identification of hazards,
- Conducting pre-operational start up checks,
- Operation of the forklift, and
- Shut downs and securing the site.
PRE-REQUISITES - Minimum 18 years of age.
- Must provide 100 points of identification during both training and assessment.
- Forklift used for assessment must be compliant with OH&S requirements
- Trainee must possess basic knowledge & understanding of the Forklift Instrument.
QUALIFICATION GAINED Successful participants will receive a Notice of Satisfactory Assessment & a Workcover Application Form to post which will allow them to gain their license COST No Experience - Minimum 2 days training & 1 day assessment $800 + GST per person $1200 + GST per trainerper day - maximum five trainees per day
