AIM
The Certificate IV in Transport & Logistics gives participants a broad range of skills including requirements to evaluate and analyse current practices, develop new criteria and procedure for performing current practices, and provision of some leadership and guidance to others in the application and planning of the skills.

DESIGNED FOR
Managers, Supervisors, Contract/Customer Service Managers, Logistics/Operations Managers, Depot Managers, Small Business Managers, Storeman, Procurement Officers

OUTLINE
Successful completion will require competency in 7 units from AQF Level 4 (pre-requisite of Certificate III) from the following fields:

• Handling Cargo/Stock
• Load Handling
• Communication and Calculation
• Safety Management
• Teamwork
• Customer Service
• Resource Management
• Business Planning
• Financial Management
• Contract Procurement
• Environment

PRE-REQUISITES
Certificate III qualification from the Transport & Logistics training package and employment within the Transport and Logistics Industry would be beneficial

DURATION
Assessment is through a variety of projects including workbooks, assignments and workplace observation and is conducted over a 12 month period but may be reduced depending on the individual
