QUALIFICATION GAINED
To obtain a driver authority for a bus, you must lodge the following items in person or by mail to NSW Ministry of Transport.

• A completed Driver Authority Application Form
• RTA Driving History
• A completed Health Assessment Form
• A photocopy of your driver's licence
• Two recent colour photos
• Evidence of completion of Training
