Far North QLD Region Operations Manager - Allan Egan
Allan commenced employment with Transqual in 2001 and has been associated within the Transport and Distribution Industry for the past 30 years. Allan’s core business is delivering Traineeships to new and existing clients in the Warehousing, and Road Transport industry, tailoring those training needs of the client and in addition courses such as, Transitional Fatigue Management, Dangerous Goods, Explosives, Load Restraint, Chain of Responsibility, and Pilot/Escort Over Dimensional Over Mass.
Allan’s area of operations covers, but is not limited to Torres Strait Island, Cape York Peninsula, Weipa, Mt Isa, Townsville, Cairns, Mackay, Emerald, Clermont, Rockhampton and Gladstone areas.

Alan joined Transqual in 1999 after owning and successfully running his own business in Townsville. His knowledge of training and the production of training packages within logistics were gained with the defence department and civil industry.
Alan was extensively involved in the provision and implementation of logistics training both in peace and operational areas.
Alan’s expertise is the development of training to suite your business & to meet legislative requirements through training, this includes traineeships & company training in policy & procedures with outcomes aligned to National Qualifications within the Logistics Industry.

Tony joined Transqual in 2007 after 27 years in the logistics, mining and training industries, his extensive knowledge and experience in these fields enables Tony to assist clients with sound advice on Industry requirements and tailoring training packages to suit customer’s needs.
Tony’s experience in the logistics industry is invaluable when dealing with clients, his wealth of knowledge & experience allow clients to question alternatives in training to better suite client outcomes. Tony has a large network, not only in logistics & training but also the mining industry, this allows Transqual to build further business outcomes with above average results for clients & Transqual.
Tony holds the position of Operations Manager in South East Queensland & Northern Territory, this allows personnel contact between clients & allocation of expert trainers throughout state & territory. |

Central Region Program/Industry Manager - John McCloy
John has been employed with TransQual since 1994 and has been a trainer/assessor in all fields of Transport and Logistics training. John has had over 40 years experience with the logistics industry including 27 years in Defence Logistics..He is involved with the contextulisation of training packages to suit clients needs, and does liaison visits with clients during the training to ensure their needs are being met. Is accredited with the NSW Roads and Traffic Authority, Australian Institute of Petroleum, NSW Department of Environment Climate Change and Water, Ministry of Transport. |

Central Region Operations Manager - Michael Ryan
Mick has fulfilled the role of Operations Manager for Central Region since July 2008. Mick has extensive training and leadership experience gained from over twelve years with Australia Defence Force Special Forces, and customer service skills developed from working as Activities Manager on Hamilton Island. Responsible for following key duties:
- Oversee the development of services and products to respond to customers requirements;
- Act as a key industry liaison point assisting to market training and increase awareness of training to the transport industry;
- To be able to identify opportunities and propose strategies for their development;
- Ensure all employees adhere to the systems and procedures produced by Transqual
- Co-ordination and supervision of all trainers and assessors and the Training Administrator, staff development day, day to day training schedules & visits, vehicles, manuals & sub-contractors, Validation of Training Resources.

Mick joined Transqual in 2002 and has 21 years experience in the logistics industry. Mick has worked with some of Australia’s largest logistics companies such as K&S Freighters and Australia Post. Mick’s expertise is in the development of training to ensure companies meet their OHS&E legislative requirements. |

Mark has recently joined the Transqual team after spending 8 years with the Ford Motor Company. He has a background in Warehousing and Logistics and he brings with him a broad knowledge of Training Administration, Coordination and Compliance skills necessary for running today’s RTO. His knowledge of Administrative procedures and Student management software is helping Transqual to streamline operations move toward a successful future |

Natalie Joined Transqual in 2007 and together with the CEO is responsible for managing the functions that deal with the needs and activities of all of the company’s personnel. Natalie also aims to ensure the effectiveness and continual improvement of Transqual’s quality management system both external and internal. |

Terence joined Transqual in 2001. He has over twenty years experience in the Vocational Education Training area. Terence is responsible for ensuring that all Training and Assessment Resources comply with Transqual's Training and Assessment Policies and Procedures and adhere to the requirements of the Australian Quality Training Framework. |

Finance and Administration Manager - Kerryn Shuker
Kerryn joined Transqual in 2006. In co-operation with the CEO, Kerryn is responsible for managing the financial and administrative processes on a national level. This includes the day to day functioning of Transqual’s head office accounting system - including accounts payable and receivable. |

IT Manager - Adam McCloy
Adam joined Transqual in 2007 after working for over 7 years in IT departments for Finance and Insurance companies. His extensive knowledge in corporate networks enables him to develop and maintain Transqual’s Information Technology Infrastructure, in addition to providing high level support for staff and acting as a liaison with vendors. |
