Transqual is comprised of a multi-disciplinary team of training professionals with a history of commitment to the development and provision of training and technical assistance to people with disabilities and individuals undertaking rehabilitation programs as a part of their return to work strategies. Transquals Thinking, Planning, Implementation, and Outcomes approach to training ensures that we address our clients employment adjustment problems thus improving the quality of the services we provide and the clients accessibility to employment opportunities.

Certain basic principles represent the philosophy of Transqual and guides the way we operate. These are the result of our long-term involvement with the Australian Transport and Distribution Industry and are consistent with the policies of the Industry and State and Federal legislation.

The accessibility of Transqual training programs and our strategies for addressing the unique needs of students with disabilities ensures the participation of trainees with disabilities is a positive experience. In consultation with clients we identify barriers being encounter while accessing programs and services and develop strategies to minimise the impact of these barriers. The development of resources and the flexibility of our programs ensure that people with disabilities can successfully achieve training outcomes.

Transqual aims to provide the opportunity for people with disabilities to choose their preferred training options while knowing they can participate and succeed and have input into how best their needs can be met.

Our staff keep up to date with industry and training information so that we can provide current information to our trainees regarding vocational education and training programs and the support services that can facilitate access to such programs.

Transqual continuously reviews its processors and equity plans.

Website Privacy Policy
Transqual Pty Ltd primary function is as a Registered Training Organisation. Transqual's role is to implement training on a national level for the nationally recognised training system for the Transport and Distribution Industry and other packages as required. Transqual also conducts training for our clients on a fee for service basis.

In order to do this we establish a comprehensive contact database so that consultation can occur as widely as possible with trainees and employers.

Security of Information
Our web environment and databases are protected from unauthorised access using current technologies. You should be aware that there are inherent risks associated with the transmission of information via the Internet.
